Thank you for shopping with Scented Bubbsy! We do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or busy seasons, but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We currently ship to the USA ONLY
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors such as weather or postal delays.
3. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. While we’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package if there’s an issue.
4. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scentedbubbsy@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund.

We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our process or carriers. Any updates will be posted here.
